This parking lot rental is offered as a monthly recurring subscription through our secure checkout. By completing your order, you are entering into a commercial lease agreement for exclusive access to the property at:

Monthly Flat Rate: $5,500

Your subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled.

This lease is month-to-month, with no long-term contract required.

There is no option to purchase or prepay for longer terms through the website. For long-term inquiries, please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the property until the end of your current paid month.

Once a subscription is canceled, you are required to fully vacate the lot no later than the final day of your paid term.

Failure to vacate on time may result in removal of vehicles at your expense, additional fees, or legal action.

All sales are final.

There are no refunds, no prorated credits, and no returns for any reason, including:

Early cancellation or early move-out

Non-use of the space

Changes in business plans or operations

Weather or access issues
