Return & Refund Policy – Private Parking Lot Rental

Due to the nature of this product — a reserved, physical space for private commercial use — all sales are final.

❌ No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Cancellations after payment

• Partial use of the rental period

• Early termination by the tenant

• Access issues caused by tenant misuse or vehicle violations

Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the space is held exclusively for you, and we cannot offer it to others — therefore, we cannot provide refunds under any circumstance.

✅ Cancellation Policy

If you no longer need the lot, you may cancel future billing with 30 days’ written notice. No proration or refund will be issued for unused time.
